STANNARD TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A 36-year-old man from Bonduel was killed in a snowmobile crash late Friday night in Ontonagon County, Michigan.

The Ontonagon County Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded to the crash just after 11 p.m. in Stannard Township. Emergency crews attempted life-saving measures, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities are still investigating the crash, but initial reports suggest that speed and alcohol may have been factors.
