SHAWANO, WI-As the 2024 election season unfolds, the Shawano Common Council anticipates the introduction of at least one new member, signaling a shift in its composition.
Lisa Hoffman, the current representative of the fourth aldermanic district, has chosen not to seek re-election. Her decision was officially announced by City Clerk Lesley Nemetz during the November 13 council meeting, where Hoffman filed papers of non-candidacy.
