The Opportunity:

We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about learning and eager to embark on a career in advertising sales. As an Advertising Sales Trainee, you’ll have the unique opportunity to step into an established client base and gain hands-on experience in advocating radio and online advertising solutions to businesses across Northeastern Wisconsin.

Your Role:

In this role, you’ll be trained to:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our advertising products, including radio and digital advertising offerings.
  • Connect with potential clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and networking events.
  • Shadow and learn from experienced team members in presenting marketing plans to prospective clients.
  • Analyze client campaigns’ success metrics and contribute to optimizing local advertising strategies.
  • Build rapport and lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored advertising solutions.
