SHAWANO, WI- Both candidates for the Wisconsin Senate race next week were in Northeast Wisconsin on Thursday. Just days ahead of Tuesday’s election, Democratic candidate Mandela Barnes was in Oshkosh and Republican incumbent Senator Ron Johnson made a stop in Shawano.
“If they love this country and if they’re concerned about its future, and about 75% of Americans think we’re on the wrong path, ask them to join us,” said Johnson.
Joining Johnson in Shawano was U.S Representative Mike Gallagher who made a prediction for Tuesday. “I’m here to tell you there’s not going to be a red wave on Tuesday; there’s going to be a red tsunami on Tuesday,” said Gallagher.
