The former Dorothy Elaine Lang was born on June 8, 1924, in Clintonville to Oliver and Mary (Huber) Lang and she graduated from Clintonville High School. For close to six years, Dorothy was employed as a metallurgist at FWD Corporation in Clintonville. Dorothy was a longtime member of St. Rose Catholic Church, Clintonville, where she volunteered in the school library and served with the Christian Mothers Society. Once the kids were in school, she really enjoyed going to different sporting events like all the softball games. She was an avid reader and especially liked to read books about the Amish culture. A favorite pastime was going for a car ride with her husband or simply fishing and relaxing up north with her family at their cottage on Pine Lake.
