Many area girls basketball teams locked up tickets for Sectionals with Regional Championship wins on Saturday.
DIVISION 1
DE PERE 62, PULASKI 46
De Pere outscored Pulaski 38-22 in the second half to advance to Sectionals with a 62-46 win. The game was tied 24-24 at the half. Jordan Meulemans led De Pere with 27 points. Claire Bjorge added 16 points. Pulaski was led by Ashlyn Szymanski with 20 points.

SHAWANO 41, ANTIGO 33
The Shawano Hawks Girls Basketball team won their first Regional Title in 22 years on Saturday with a 41-33 lead. Lydia Beyer helped lead the team with double digit scoring.
NOTRE DAME 83, WEST DE PERE 52
Notre Dame led West De Pere in the second half, and held on for a convincing win to claim the Regional Championship. Grace Grzesk scored 23 for the Tritons to lead the way.
XAVIER 60, MENASHA 57
Xavier came from behind in the second half to top Menasha and claim the Regional Championship 60-57. The Hawks were down 29-23 at the half before outscoring the Bluejay’s 37-28 in the second half. Abbie Bates led Menasha with 18. Sammi Buss led Xavier with 19.
FREEDOM 54, FOX VALLEY LUTHERAN 21
Freedom held FVL to 4 first half points and took over the game early. Nobody reached double digit scoring for the Foxes. Freedom was led by Callie Genke with 14 points and had three players in double-digit scoring.

BONDUEL 55, OCONTO FALLS 39
Bonduel used a 23-19 halftime lead to top Oconto Falls in the Regional Finals. The Bears got 19 points from Kara Troxel and 10 points from Brenna Hertzfeldt. “The shots weren’t falling in the first half, but we dug in on defense to make up for it,” Coach Jerry Reinke said. Kylie Hoffman and Brenna Schnell both had 9 rebounds for Bonduel. The Regional Title is the third straight for Bonduel.
WRIGHTSTOWN 57, BRILLION 52
Wrightstown used three point shooting to edge Brillion 57-52. The win sends the Tigers to Sectionals and avenges a loss that Wrightstown suffered earlier in the season. Leah Lemke led Wrightstown with 17 points. Sam Kiel added 16.
AMHERST 62, WITTENBERG-BIRNAMWOOD 52
Amherst’s 10 point lead at the half was enough to lift them past Wittenberg-Birnamwood 62-52 in the Regional Finals. The Falcons were led by Sydney Lehman with 20 while the Chargers were led by Emma Herb’s 17 points.

GRESHAM 73, NORTHLAND LUTHERAN 70
Gresham took a commanding halftime lead and held off a second half surge by Northland Lutheran to win a Regional Championship.
SURING 48, GREEN BAY NEW LUTHERAN 43
The Suring Eagles held off Green Bay NEW Lutheran for a Regional Title on Saturday. The Eagles used a nine point halftime lead to advance. Kylee Stelzer and Paige Krueger both scored 15 points and Stelzer was a perfect 10 for 10 in free throws.
