Gerald H. Frank, age 80, of Shawano formerly of Bonduel, passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2017. Gerald was born in Underhill on September 9, 1936, son of the late Harvey and Eleanor (Crawley) Frank. On September 21, 1957 Gerald was united in marriage to Audrey Martin at the Lutheran Church of the Wilderness. Together the couple raised four children. Gerald was a former employee of Fort Howard Paper Company in Green Bay. In 1982 he left Fort Howard and purchased a milk route business. With the help of his sons, the milk business grew to four trucks and in 2001 Gerald retired. He loved spending time with his wife, especially traveling in their motor home. He loved his family dearly and will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.
Gerald is survived by: his wife of 59 years, Audrey; four children, Scott G. (Diana) Frank of Shawano, Curt (Stacy) Frank of Pulaski, Lisa (Todd) Blom of Bowler, and Stacy Kreuser of Shawano; nine grandchildren, Jesse (Beth) and Matt (Katie) Frank, Leslie and Alex Blom, Nate, Casey, and Perry Frank, and Kaylee and Ethan Kreuser; and five great grandchildren, Dalisia, Jaxon, Max, Nekiah, and Jocelynn. He is further survived by three brothers, John (Germaine) Frank of Cecil, Randy (Edith) Frank of Kewauskum, and Kenny (Lynn) Frank of West Allis as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Brianna, his parents, and two sisters, Margie Pocan and Judy Hinkfuss.
A funeral service for Gerald will be held at 11:00am on Friday, March 31, 2017 at St. James Lutheran Church in Shawano with Rev. Ted Andrada officiating. Visitation will be held at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano on Thursday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm and again at the church on Friday from 10:00am until the time of the service.
