It’s a new chapter for the Bowler/Gresham High School softball co-op, and with it comes both challenge and opportunity. After graduating a talented senior class—headlined by Conference Player of the Year Emma May and several all-conference selections—head coach Caleb VanBeneck enters the 2025 season with a roster that’s largely being rebuilt.
Despite the turnover, there’s a solid foundation to build upon. Seniors Ava Pazier and Autumn Tex return as the team’s only all-conference players, bringing valuable experience and leadership to a young squad. Their roles will be critical as the co-op looks to remain competitive in conference play while fostering the next generation of standouts.
There are open positions throughout the field, giving several newcomers a chance to make their mark early in the season. With hard work and continued growth, the team hopes to stay in the mix while developing chemistry and depth.
