SHAWANO, WI- School officials are urging parents to talk with their children about the dangers of drugs after five incidents involving THC products at Shawano Middle School in the past six days.
According to a statement from the school, administrators were alerted by students and quickly identified those involved, confiscating the substances. The district emphasized its strict stance on drug-related offenses, warning that students caught in possession of or under the influence of THC products or other drugs could face expulsion and a referral to the Shawano Police Department.
