SHAWANO – For those without health insurance, access to medical care can be a significant challenge. However, the SAM25 Free Health Clinic is working to bridge that gap, providing essential healthcare services to individuals in need.
The clinic is open every Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m., offering free medical care to anyone in the area who lacks health insurance. In addition to general health services, SAM25 also operates a Free Eye Clinic on the third Monday of each month. This month, the eye clinic will be held on Monday, March 17, from 6 to 8 p.m.
SAM25 is more than just a clinic. The organization also provides year-round resources, including a Resource Center, Thrift Store, and a winter Emergency Homeless Shelter, all dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing hardship. Their mission—Hope, Health, and Housing—reflects their commitment to uplifting the community.
Residents in need of healthcare services or additional support are encouraged to visit SAM25 and explore the many ways the organization is making a difference in Shawano and the surrounding area.
