September Closing Of Neenah Foundry Will Put 115 Out Of Work

NEENAH, WI- A planned September closing of the Neenah Foundry will put 115 workers out of a job.  The company notified the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development of its plans to sell off some of its heavy truck part sales and manufacturing.  The layoffs will impact 104 union production workers, four production supervisors, and seven corporate staff members.  Neenah Foundry says the layoff will affect less than 20-percent of its workforce at its two locations in the city.
