Cory K. Guyette, age 25 of Clintonville, passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2019 in the Township of Lebanon, from injuries sustained in a motor-vehicle crash.
Cory Kevin Guyette was born on September 28, 1993 in Neenah, WI, son to Mark Guyette and Tammie Miller. He grew up and lived in the Bear Creek area and graduated from High School in 2012. Cory worked for Marion Plywood, Great Lakes Kraut Co., Bear Creek, Seagrave Fire Apparatus, Clintonville, and most recently at Sturm Foods Inc., in Manawa. He was united in marriage to Bethany Schmude in the Township of Larrabee on July 1, 2017 (the couple’s three-year anniversary). Cory had earned his welding certification and had aspirations to become a “big-time” well-respected welder in the industry. He loved all kinds of fishing at all times of the year; it was probably what he wanted to do most in his free time; he also loved snowmobiling. He was a great father, and loved spending time with his wife and two little girls. Cory will be remembered as someone who was in touch with how others were feeling; if you were in a bad mood or sad, he would spend time with you until you forgot what was troubling you in the first place. He was also very spontaneous; the complete opposite of his wife in that regard, but was one of the traits that made him special.
He’s loved and missed by his wife, Bethany; and his girls, 3 year old, Cachella & 3 month old, Estelle.
Numerous family members and close friends.
A memorial gathering of family & friends will be held from 2 – 6 PM, Saturday, September 21, 2019, at the Eberhardt-Stevenson Funeral Home & Crematory, Clintonville.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to be directed to the family in their time of need.
