The mother of a former student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison says he was among the almost 300 people killed during the series of bomb attacks in Sri Lanka. Authorities say Dieter Kowalski was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Inge Kowalski says she is working with the U-S embassy to bring her 40-year-old son’s body back home. Kowalski is originally from Milwaukee but he was living in Denver.
