Charles Meyers is becoming a familiar face with the Waupaca County Sheriff’s Department…and that’s not a good thing. The 29 year old was arrested by deputies 3 times in September. Myers, 29, is charged with taking a vehicle without consent, a second drunken driving offense, and two counts of misdemeanor theft, misdemeanor bail jumping, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
