The Shawano County Sheriff’s office has released the names of the deceased victims from yesterday’s  two-vehicle crash on County Rd G near Gresham.  According to the sheriff’s press release, Bernadine M Bartz, 74, was driving a 2009 Buick Lucerne and Meta L Bartz, 80, was in the passenger seat.  Both were  Shawano residents and both pronounced dead at the scene.  Authorities say Bernadine was driving a 2009 Buick Lucerne when she did not yield to the right of way, and was hit by an oncoming semi-truck.  The driver of the truck was not injured.
