The ninth OWI for a Clintonville man has him in custody on a $5,000 cash bond.

Police say 46-year-old Benjamin J. Stilp fell asleep at the wheel while parked at a local Weyauwega business. A call from the Outagamie County Sheriff’s office notified an officer of a man arguing and leaving his house, that’s when the vehicle matching the description was found on Lakeview Lane.

The complaint says Stilp blew a .06, but his prior convictions forbid more than a .02. He’s facing 12 and a half years of prison.
