9 Arrested In 4 Month Long Drug Investigation
An undercover operation by the Waupaca County Sheriff’s Department has led to nine arrests. Waupaca County law enforcement conducted controlled drug purchase operations, purchasing methamphetamine in the Waupaca and King area. Waupaca County Sheriff Brad Hardell said the investigation has been on-going since February, and more arrests are expected.
Taken into Custody was 28-year old Thomas Gill of Waupaca. Gill was arrested for Delivery of Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of TCH and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Gill was released on a $2,000 cash bond.
Melissa A. Cain, 26 of Waupaca, was arrested for Delivery of Methamphetamine, Possession of Amphetamines, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Bail Jumping. Cain was released on a $500 cash bond.
Jonathan D. Neuroth, 27 of Waupaca, was arrested for Delivery of Methamphetamine and Bail Jumping. Neuroth was released on a $2,500 signature bond.
Ryan H. Williams, 30 of Waupaca was arrested for Delivery of Methamphetamine, Possession of THC, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Williams was released on a $500 cash bond.
Ashey J. Dohm, 29 of Waupaca, was arrested for Delivery of Methamphetamine and Bail Jumping. Dohm was released from custody on a $1,000 signature bond.
Andrew L. Tessen, 28 of Waupaca, was arrested for Delivery of Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of TCH and Bail Jumping. Tessen remains in Custody on a $5,000 cash bond.
Matthew A, Locadio-Alquinzon, 33 of Waupaca, was arrested for Delivery of Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Resisting of Obstructing an Officer. Locadio-Alquinzon remains in custody on a $5,000 cash bond.
Justin L Hoefferle, 28 of Waupaca, was taken into custody for Resisting and Obstructing an Officer and on a probation warrant and remains in Custody on Probation hold.
Ashley L. Buss, 27 of Waupaca was taken into custody for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Bail Jumping. Buss was released on a $1,000 signature bond.
Assisting was the Waupaca Police Department, Wisconsin Department of Justice- Division of Criminal Investigation and members of the Central Wisconsin Drug Task Force.
